If you intend to take the qualification examination this semester (1^nd semester, 2024-2025 academic year), please apply before October 31^st, 2024, with

1. The form for application: PhD Qualifying Examination Request Form
2. Advisor’s consent form: Advisor Request Form (not needed if it has been submitted)

1. Regulations Concerning Qualifying Examination

1. Eligibility: Doctoral students who have completed twenty credits (must include Methodologies of Educational Research, Research Seminar on Education Reform and Course of Elective Exam) may apply for qualifying examination.
2. Application and Exam Date: The applicants who apply by the end of March should take the examination before June 15^th and the applicants who apply by the end of October should take the examination before January 15^th. Application materials must include PhD Qualifying Examination Request Form and Advisor’s Consent Form.
3. Qualifying examination should be completed within three years (no more than five years) after admission. Any special cases must be approved at the Class Affair Meeting. This policy is effective to students who are admitted after the 2007 academic year.

1. 申請表格--「博士學位候選人資格考試申請表」（請至系網\〔教育所(專)〕\相關規定及表格--下載）

2. 指導教授同意書--「擬聘指導教授申請書（已送交者不需繳交）」

資格考試相關規定說明：

1. 申請資格：修畢二十學分（其中需包含教育學方法論、教育革新專題研究及選考科目）。

2. 申請及考試時間：每年三月底前申請者，於六月十五日前考試；於十月底前申請者，於一月十五日前考試。申請時應填具申請表格、指導教授同意書。

3. 資格考試以入學後三年內完成為原則，至多不得超過五年。如有特殊情形需經班務會議通過。96學年度以後入學者適用之。

4. 自107-2學期起，作答方式以手寫作答。
